MISSIONS

The last thing Jesus said to his disciples before he ascended into heaven was:

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." — ACTS 1:8

Therefore to this end, Liberty Baptist Church believes missions is following Christ's call to be actively engaged in sharing the gospel with the lost world through God's wisdom and strength!

We have organized our work into four areas consistent with Scripture. First, we are reaching out to our local home field, our Jerusalem, by sharing the good news with our families, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, and the local community. We are also pursuing Servant Evangelism Projects, and Quarterly Mini-Missions Conference's. Secondly, we are reaching out by helping to support missionaries working in the State of Washington, our Judaea. We are also looking to raise up God's man to plant a new church in the area. Thirdly, we are reaching out by helping to support missionaries working in the United States, our Samaria. Fourthly, we are reaching out by helping to support missionaries throughout the world, the uttermost parts of the Earth. We are also actively looking to raise up and send out a church family to a foreign missions field.
